Rachel Golfeiz is a compassionate therapist dedicated to guiding individuals toward becoming their best selves through empathy, open-mindedness, and a strength-based approach. She provides a safe, supportive space for clients to explore their experiences, identify their strengths, and develop tools for personal growth. Rachel works with children, adolescents, and adults facing challenges such as anxiety, mood disorders, emotional dysregulation, peer relationship issues, and poor coping skills. She tailors her therapeutic methods—including CBT, psychoanalysis, and solution-focused therapy—to meet each client’s unique needs, helping them build resilience and lead more empowered, fulfilling lives.

Jessica Garcia, LPC

Clinician

Jessica is a bilingual Mental Health Counselor based in Houston, TX, with an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Houston Baptist University. She provides therapy in both English and Spanish to clients of all ages, including individuals, couples, families, and children. Jessica uses evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, emotion-focused, solution-focused, and gestalt therapy, helping clients set and achieve meaningful goals. She has experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression, autism, ADHD, and mood disorders, and has led psychoeducational groups and developed treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.

Chaim Helprin, LMSW

Chaim Helprin is a licensed master social worker with a deep commitment to supporting adolescents through both educational and therapeutic approaches. Since 2003, he has held key roles such as teacher, student activities coordinator, and middle school coordinator, and earning the trust of students and families alike. Chaim holds a B.A. in Liberal Arts from Thomas Edison State College and an M.A. in Educational Administration from Grand Canyon University. His background in education, combined with his clinical training, uniquely positions him to guide and support young people through the challenges of adolescence.

Sophie Gluzkater, LCSW-S

Sophie Gluzkater is a licensed clinical social worker and supervisor in Texas with over 26 years of experience. She specializes in supporting women through life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, and self-esteem challenges. Sophie brings warmth, empathy, and deep clinical insight to her work, creating a safe and collaborative space for clients to grow. Her approach is tailored to each individual, helping them build confidence, gain clarity, and move toward lasting, meaningful change.

Martha Vallin, LPC-A

Martha Vallin is a bilingual psychotherapist with over 25 years of experience helping individuals work through trauma, anxiety, grief, and relationship challenges. As a Mexican American clinician with degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Psychology, Martha brings both cultural understanding and clinical expertise to her practice. She is especially passionate about supporting marginalized and immigrant communities, offering a safe and compassionate space where clients feel seen and empowered. Using evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Martha helps clients build resilience, gain clarity, and create meaningful change in their lives.

Frieda Hoffer, LPC-A

Frieda Hoffer is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate who supports adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. She holds dual Master’s degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Education, informing her integrative, client-centered approach. Drawing from CBT, IFS, DBT skills, and psychodynamic therapy, Frieda helps clients uncover underlying patterns, gain insight, and build healthier ways of relating to themselves and others. She believes therapy is a collaborative and empowering process that fosters clarity, connection, and lasting change.

Elba Ruibal, LCSW

Clinician

Elba Ruibal, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker with a career rooted primarily in medical social work. After earning her graduate degree, she served patients and families at the Women and Children’s Hospital in San Antonio, Shriner’s Hospital in Houston, and various medical clinics. Later, when her son was young, she transitioned into school social work and spent seven years supporting students and families with Houston ISD. For the past several years, her work has focused on supporting seniors and their unique needs.

Eliyahu Rosen, LMSW

Eliyahu Rosen, LMSW recently moved to Houston, Texas, and holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Daemen University in Amherst, New York. He is passionate about helping individuals work through challenges from a strengths-based perspective and has experience working with children ages 8 to 12 with diagnoses including ASD and ADHD, utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques. Eliyahu is eager to expand his clinical skills in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and looks forward to working with the Prospera team to serve clients with individualized care and compassion.

Fluent in English and Spanish, Sarita integrates cultural awareness and evidence-based practices to support each client’s unique needs.
